Is It Legal To Stock Soda Machines With Expired Soda?
In the state of California, is it legal for my employer to be stocking its soda machines with expired cans of soda?

No, actually, soda is one of those things that’s legal to sell past the expiration date. That’s why it says “best by” rather than “use by”. It’s perfectly safe after the expiration date, it just may not taste as good.
The only things that are illegal to sell past the expiration date are perishable products like milk.

funny question but no. its more on a business regulation rather then a law. the flaver basically dies out and there is no taste from it.
