Vending Machine Soda & Snack (Newark) $200

I have a snack and soda combo machine with a bill changer. The candy machine is in good shape and works properly. The soda machine does not cool. I do not know anything about refridgeration but I do have another combo machine that can be used for additioanl parts and this soda machine does cool this machine is included in the price. Anybody with a little machanical ability should be able to put this togather. The bill changer works but needs the little fuse holder that goes on the back (about $3 at Radio Shack).
